Networking at LIFE Regenerate Final Conference

Last Wednesday, June 22, we held the Final Conference of the European project LIFE Regenerate at the Institute of Natural Resources and Agrobiology of Salamanca. During the conference, we had the collaboration of the European projects LIFE MycoRestore and LIFE LiveAdapt.

On the one hand, Vicente Rodríguez-Estévez (Professor of Animal Production at the University of Córdoba) presented the LIFE LiveAdapt project. A project for the adaptation of extensive livestock farming models to climate change in Europe.

On behalf of the LIFE MycoRestore project, Juan Andrés Oria de Rueda (director of the Chair of Mycology at the University of Valladolid) came to talk about the restoration of pastures through the use of useful fungi and traditional uses.

Undoubtedly some very interesting and inspiring presentations that invite to reflect on some current production models, as well as the importance of working in line with the natural environment that surrounds them.
