IRNASA supports Dehesa turkey

IRNASA-CSIC is committed to introducing in the livestock rotation system of the Life Regenerate project the Dehesa Turkey, a very rustic breed and perfectly adapted to this ecosystem. The aim is to make better use of the resources of the Dehesa while maintaining a breed in danger of extinction due to the progressive abandonment of farmhouses and offering consumers a quality product increasingly demanded by the market.
