The mushrooms inoculated at the Campanarios farm, among which the shiitake stands out for its nutritional properties and health benefits, have begun to bear fruit. The inoculated trunks that had been placed underground to promote colonization were unearthed and will now be placed in a semi-dark warehouse so that they continue to bear fruit.
