Composting in Muñovela farm

Although the LIFE Regenerate project is coming to an end, the Muñovela (Salamanca) farm continues to produce compost for the following season. As in the past, wood chips, plant material and cow manure from the same farm have been mixed in the two composters.  The mixture is turned from time to time to facilitate the decomposition of the material and to avoid bad odors (photo new muñovela compost).
